Hey out there,

Are you tired of all the BS and just want to play the game without stress?
Do you want to have fun and not worry about prestige?
Are you active and play everyday?

IAJSR was created with the sole purpose of keeping all that is fun in the game, while reducing or removing the stressful parts.

We all love to play the game, but we all have real lives as well...jobs, families, vacations, social lives, hobbies, etc.

Here is our recipe for success:

Everyone in it is cool. We are here to have fun, encourage and help each other out.
No minimums of any kind
No 3rd party apps (i.e. Line or Discord)
No assigned paths
No expected item usage
No drama

The only real "expectation" that we have, is that you participate in AQ.
We run Maps 543 (1 BG each), so we would expect your roster to handle that.
Even with that, if you need to take off for a week, just drop a note in the in-game chat.

We run 1 BG in war (in season only), participation is optional. We were Silver 1 last season, many times not even filling a BG. So if you are willing to enter war, that would be a plus. Most of us don't care for it and just do it for the rewards. We aren't too concerned with our rank or winning every match. Again, no assigned paths or expected item usage if you choose to enter.

Minimal Requirements + Good Rewards = Lots of Fun.

This is a great alliance for those who are looking to take a step back from the daily grind of higher tier alliances.

Our only expectation of members is AQ where we run maps 5/4/3 each day. It's enough for 3,700 glory each cycle which can buy the t5cc crystal and some t5b or t2a each week.

We know plenty of alliances out there pull more than that, but it's a pretty happy medium for an alliance that doesn't require any donations, or push so hard that you're spending glory on alliance revives. We also limit our chat to in-game only. No requirements for third party apps.

We also run 1 AW BG, in season only, and participation there is first come, first serve, and completely optional.

We're laid back, help each other out with content tips, and have very low turn over.
