Magik is outdated

This is a load of nonsense, magik has the best power control in the game, and has been in the meta since forever bascially. She’s awesome saying “she is outdated” is nonsense.

People RARELY use her as a counter. If she is your only option then sure and if you like her a lot then sure but other than that she isn’t used. She’s in the same boat as Blade. They are used occasionally when you have no other option or if you just want to use the character

This is nonsense, I used her a ton in pre nerf act 6, shes also one of the best war champs in the game, saying shes rarely used shows how much you know about her.

I know how to play Magik effectively but what does she bring to the table that I can’t get with Doom or other Champions. She’s mediocre for war she ain’t all that. She is Overrated

I'm going to guess you havent done high tier war before or you would understand her value, her power control is second to none, (better than dooms power control) being the best option for many, many nodes such as surging vengeance, all or nothing, energize, improved power gain, her limbo is a powerful safety net and can be used to purposely get hit to build power and then regen it all back + more if you have the recovery mastery, her sp3 nullifies all buffs dealing a great amount of dmg, which can shoot you back to a sp2 or sp3 with MD. She was mvp for several lanes in act 6, mvp for flow protect and stubborn.

Alright. Let me educate you. Magik can keep your opponent at 0 power the whole fight. Enough said

And though it is useful is she going to be your constant counter and first option for a lot of fights? NO! She will be for select fights where she can excel but even then

You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. I used magik nearly every war last season in tier 2 war, she was my go to for many fights including apocalypse, terrax, mysterio, AoE, mojo, spite, PFA, and many others. She has the ability to dumb down the fight to simple parries and backdrafts. The reason magik isn't in the 6* pool is because kabam realizes how good she is at shutting down many PITA champs in a similar to quake. You really should spend more time in the game and less time on the forums if you're going to give any level of advice.

I’m not gon argue with that dude up there^ cause everybody said what I already wanted to say.... but magik is the way to go and she is arguably the 4th best mystic behind doom bwcv and sorc. I have 6* tigra and I leave her on the shelf cause I cant seem to get her playstyle down compared to magik and her simple L2 playstyle.

I mean this is just my personal opinion on her. People have hate towards Domino and they can if they want to. I don’t see her having much use now. She has good utility and possible best power control in game but I rarely see people use her if they don’t have to and most of the time you don’t have to. As I said earlier Blade is a great champion but he isn’t used much anymore. Why? Because there are better options

Magik is a good champion but would you pick her over any other champ that has power control? Would you pick her over Doom? I highly doubt it and that’s why she doesn’t get as much play as she used to. If you use her everyday for some reason then cool IDC but the Truth of the Matter is that she isn’t as good as she once was because of the shift in the meta

People don't really pick doom for his power control, that's just a superb side bonus,lol. His dmg is insane, but power control is probably top 3 in the game
