    People can complain about characters that won't make an impact on there accounts. Like rogue for me. She's a forever arena champ.

    Hawkeye is NOT underrated in any way. He literally has 2 lines of ability. Guilly 2099 literally does the one thing he does with a ton of utility. Unawakened his damage ain't the best either, especially without synergies.

    Elsa's awesome but not that great and her awakening is okay.
