Can't access the unit store, about to miss out on all the spring cleaning offers

So between Friday and today I made three purchases and bought three of the piggy banks. I'm on Android so my game isn't loading correctly so in order to play the game I have to force stop the app clear the cache and remove my data before I launch the game every single time. When I first woke up and looked at the offers in the unit store I decided to finish up earning my piggy banks so I did what I always do and I force stopped the game clear the cache removed my data reloaded the game so I could access all features of the game and went into the arenas. When I filled my piggy bank I got a notification and I went to go claim it and I got the following message to contact support which I did. However this is a time sensitive issue because I have less than 24 hours to buy the stuff in the unit store for the spring cleaning event and now I can't purchase anything. The problem is not on my side could you guys please help on your side I have less than 24 hours before the offers expire and I wanted to make some purchases. I've been playing this game since it came out and I've never experienced this issue.

    Has anyone ever experienced this? I've tried everything I could think of. I even called Google and they're telling me the problem isn't on their side, they are telling me the problem is with Kabam. This is crazy 🤷🏻

    I just downloaded pokémon go because it was the only other game I could think of that I ever played where you could make purchases and I had no problem trying to make a purchase so the problem isn't with Google

    Well I've been dealing with this for over 3 hours and now there is less than 19 hours left before all the offers expire

    Someone please help me 🤦🏻

    Thank you bro I appreciate it I'm going to try them right now this is been a horrible Sunday I just wanted to relax and enjoy the game I didn't want to spend my entire afternoon dealing with this 😕

    Yeah I tried those already and I contacted support almost 4 hours ago I guess there's nothing else I can do but wait to get angry when the unit store offers expire and then rage quit the game which I'm pretty sure I'm going to do at this point because between having to clear my data every time I load the game and now missing out on the unit store offers well that's just too much and not worth the frustration I'm dealing with right now

    You signed in to the play store store? Either disconnect it or reconnect it and see if that works . You can also uninstall

    I guess I'll do that too it won't hurt anything the only weird thing is I made a purchase before work yesterday and then played the game a little bit after work last night and when I woke up today I went back into the arena and I could see everything in the unit store but once I filled my piggy bank everything in the unit store disappeared and I got that stupid message. I just got off the phone with my bank they said nothing has been flagged and everything is processing normally they said the problem isn't on their end so then I called Google again and Google told me the same thing they told me on my last call that because I can make purchases in other applications the problem isn't on their side the problem is with the game developer which is kabam

    Kabam please help me, 17 hours left before the offers expire and I need at least 2 hours to finish the spring cleaning arena and collect the two remaining piggy banks ⏳🙁

    10 hours left before the offers expire and I'm still locked out of the unit store. If anyone reading this could please get supports attention on my account before that happens it would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully I'll have time to finish earning the last 2 piggy banks when I wake up. 🤞

    Our Support Team always aims to reply within 24 hours. However, their response time depends on several factors, including how busy they are and how complex your issue is.

    I recommend being patient in the meantime. Rest assured, they'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
