Can't access the unit store, about to miss out on all the spring cleaning offers

So between Friday and today I made three purchases and bought three of the piggy banks. I'm on Android so my game isn't loading correctly so in order to play the game I have to force stop the app clear the cache and remove my data before I launch the game every single time. When I first woke up and looked at the offers in the unit store I decided to finish up earning my piggy banks so I did what I always do and I force stopped the game clear the cache removed my data reloaded the game so I could access all features of the game and went into the arenas. When I filled my piggy bank I got a notification and I went to go claim it and I got the following message to contact support which I did. However this is a time sensitive issue because I have less than 24 hours to buy the stuff in the unit store for the spring cleaning event and now I can't purchase anything. The problem is not on my side could you guys please help on your side I have less than 24 hours before the offers expire and I wanted to make some purchases. I've been playing this game since it came out and I've never experienced this issue.
