After recently not being able to choose nexus selector I reached out to customer service and they tell me because I can’t verify my purchases made 5 years ago that I don’t own the account. Mind you this is the same email I’ve contacted them on for the past 5 years. So I can look in my Google play account? I’ve not had a Samsung for years now. I know kabam has always had worthless support but this is beyond worthless. Funny I can still make purchases but when a bought item isn’t available now they can’t verify account owner to fix it. Absolutely horrid experience. New low for an already awful company.

Buyers beware! You’ll spend thousands and be left out to dry when you need help. Zero support and god awful service is the expectation.
