Is 6* star kingpin with r2

I have recently pulled out 6star kingpin... well he is my only skill 6star.... so shall i wait or proceed with kingpin to R2?

Could be forever before you get another good skill champ and Kingpin postbuff is a great champ that is for sure worthy of rank 2.
