Did you quit out the previous time without killing the boss?

Yea I killed the boss the previous run

Haven't done the side quest for two days. Finished the quest. Back in and no rewards

Most of the time this issue happened when you quit the last fight without defeat the boss. If not, then it is better to log a support ticket through Kabam website.
