Description of the Issue: All of the "incoming" active buffs on Drax are doubled. While it doesn't appear to make Arc Overload stack, it does overwhelm Staggers attempting to prevent these buffs.

What is that? Does he regen like 50%?

It doesn't seem like the buffs stacked, but they DID overwhelm staggers and proc when they should have been stopped.

Also, just came back for something else and love to see Kabam didn't give two hoots KEKW.
