Drax in Chapter 3 Quest 2 of monthly event quest receiving double buffs.

Cellular or WiFi: Wifi, not repeating path to test on cellular, doesn't seem like that sort of issue.
Game Version Installed: 30.2.1
Game Mode: Event Quest.
Champions Affected: Drax at end of South West past
Active Boosts: No
Description of the Issue: All of the "incoming" active buffs on Drax are doubled. While it doesn't appear to make Arc Overload stack, it does overwhelm Staggers attempting to prevent these buffs.
