Kabam doesn’t respond to issues
I put in my ticket in the Kabam approved format... I’m on iOS and the game crashes every fight. It’s unplayable. I’ve been playing since December of 2014.
There are 1,300+ entries in the official iOS crash thread, and what have we heard from Kabam to even acknowledge the problem?
Not a thing. If there are other threads, the mods close them down and direct people to the official thread where people seem to be ignored.
Kabam why can’t you at least admit there’s a problem and tell your customers you are TRYING to fix it?
