"Variant 7" bug now effecting Act 6 quest

There was a recent bug that infected Variant 7 gameplay causing immediate AI 3 bar power gain and AI shrugging off debuffs and 500% block penetration and causing all kinds of whacky things to happen. Was just playing Act 6.4 and now the bug has infected that gameplay.

Anyone else experiencing this bug at all..?
