Possible timer issue?

Is Wasp's evade cooldown timer supposed to merge with the Power Alternator timer in AW? That was a little disconcerting. 😅 Wasn't quite sure what was about to happen next throughout the fight.

They merged and formed one timer at a quantity of 2... No idea which was going to expire first or what.
