Resist Heavy parry

I just played in aw and went against modok where he resisted my heavy twice and parried me at the same time, is this possible or is it some bug ?

    Yep. Stand Your Ground can proc Parry-stun. Always a wonderful surprise.

    It's horrible just remember to only really use heavies when their vulnerable eg.After special attack, heavies and during stuns.
