Side quest without any rewards

So I am running side quest where I am seeing so many fights and nodes without any rewards .. I tried couple of times but same .. no rewards on so many nodes after fight

Is it known issue ? Is Kabbam working on it ?

    How do I reach out to see that gets solved and hopefully get my missing rewards
