Archangel bleeds

Am I going crazy or does it seem like Archangels bleeds on his heavy attacks aren't activating like they used to? Was fighting Winter Soldier in Realm of Legends and did 5 heavy attacks, not one of them triggered a bleed. Bad RNG?

I stated this a while ago in a line chat and as usual everyone runs to winter soldier and says he’s bleeding correctly. AA isn’t bleeding the same way he used to. Before 15.0 he would bleed but it would sometime skill when bleeds trigger. Yes, I know how to use AA. No you do not need deep wounds for him. And yes I do have deep wounds.

I'm more noticing it after the recent patch, I personally didn't have him pre 15.0

I don't see any difference. I've noticed that procurement with Abilities is lower when the opponent is significantly buffed. I have no actual mechanical reason for this. Just an observation. I find he's working the same. Perhaps it's because WS is much tougher in ROL. Test him in a closer Match.

I was first noticing it in 5.2.4, maybe you're right, who knows. The reason I was using RoL WS is so I could get a few hits in with out them melting. Anyway thanks

No worries. It's actually an old theory of mine that involves all Champs. My initial suspicion was that CR affects procuring Abilities, but the Post on CR came out and that wasn't mentioned. I've noticed it consistently with Quests like Master or the Challenges. Whenever the opponent is highly buffed, Abilities trigger less. They trigger more with Class Advantage. Guillotine is a good example. Her Life Steal works more often with Class Advantage for some reason. Could be proportionate to the Damage. I just used him and he seems to be procuring Bleed well.
