This dude looks BROKEN on paper. Really does look like a mesh of Quake and Void. Easily a top 5 champion in the game if he's as good on paper as he performs in game.
- 1% regen per second, absolutely broken ability
- Insane evade potential
- Insane utility (petrify, heal and power control god)
- Loads of degeneration damage
- New king of Alliance War defense
- Immune to all forms of nullify
- KING OF ENERGY

I don't want to get too hyped, but Mister Negative looks like the true heir to Quake and Ghost. He looks so OP on paper.

No way is he that good. He is god tier but not beyond god tier.

This is why I think so for the above, just so people know what I'm thinking

- 1% regen per second, absolutely broken ability: regen removed when you dash back
- Insane evade potential: yeah
- Insane utility (petrify, heal and power control god): he's not a god at power control he is more like an excelling powerful man. his regen seems good though.
- Loads of degeneration damage: again it's not loads
- New king of Alliance War defense: I don't see how he would be good on defense compared to the juggernauts we have now, maybe he can be the jester of aw defense
- Immune to all forms of nullify: yes it is a fact that he is immune to all forms of nullify
- KING OF ENERGY: yeah he is
