Is black panther bugged? The bleed is little damage and the l2 isnt all crit....althrough i did an intercept with the l2

Yeh his bleed is a joke hope they make his bleed hit better he is definitely bugged on spec 2 intercept no critical hits and baby bleed damage even with jabari this makes me want to quit playing because he was better b4 buff he hits like noodle
