Apocalypse persistent charge bug?

So, was using Apoc in AQ. Was able to build 4 persistent charges no problem to start but after using them to make a horseman i was not able to gain anymore persistent charges for the rest of AQ. Anyone else having this issue?

    @LPH_337 were they missing or just not going up as if missing theres a huge thread about it where the issue needs to go as they wont update on every thread thats made about persistent charge as it clogs too much up and needs to be in one place so they can also update everyone in the same place

    @Bendy well its weird cuz they went up to start, but then after using them to make a horseman then no they wouldn't go back up.

    Could be another persistent charge bug but different from the one thats been occurring if happens again get footage

    part of the persistent charge issue that has been going on for months.
