Crossbones Sig plus Quake/HE

Doing a little figuring here...

At max sig, CB has a 90% chance to shrug off debuffs. Adding Quake and Hawkeye grants an additional 10% ability accuracy to all champs, which would suggest 10% of 90% I believe.

Does that sound correct? And will Quake/HE synergy also affect CB’s ability accuracy for activating shrug in the event of multiple debuffs? I believe there’s a 20% reduction for CB shrug for 3 seconds after each activation.

Any thoughts?

Fair point. That Quake/HE synergy and how it works in reality always confuses me.

The QHE synergy just adds +10% to chance of activation (AA), so it'd be 99%. The next would be 77%, then 55%, then 33%, then 11%, then 0%.

Unless you run something like Xbones, Quake, Quake, Quake, HE -- lol. That's always a fun one.
