I’ve noticed a lot of the time that both games do similar updates around the same times. Not always though.

I bought both since they looked nice

I bought the vision one, was a long time ago when I bought a pfp. I have 2 which cost 80 Units from the Civil Wars Event and 2 which cost 150 Units.
