Heavy Instead of Block or Dex (BUG)?!

Has anyone else experienced a bug where the heavy attack stays stuck while you are clearly holding block or attempting to dex?
This has happened to me at least 4 times in the last 3 days. It's obviously very frustrating because the opponent just combo's you into next year. I have cleaned my screen to ensure it is free from debris, but the problem still persists when least expected. Below is my device and game info:
Pixel 4a 5g
Android 11
Version: Shang-Chi update
