Willpower not working on fatigue debuff (AQ)

During AQ I've noticed a lot of wacky things since the update. Willpower wasn't activating on fatigue debuff. I checked my masteries after as I know there have been mastery issues since the update, but willpower is active. Video link below:

    Not a bug, because Willpower doesn't apply to #Robot champs.

    Not working on non robots as well. I tried it with my venom.

    i have the same problem willpower not working on AQ while a use ice man and human torch there is a bug there
