The daily quest is another way to get the fragments. Other than that not sure

Side quest had a bunch this month. Spring cleaning offers had oodles of them too. This is overflow after taking ibom straight to R5 last week and a couple of other 5* lesser rankups.

I have 45 in overflow from spring cleaning.... but usually I’m t1a poor. Eq is a great source. Ally events too. T1a arena has 3 of them once a week.
