Hand to Hand & 5 Star HTH Shards

So, I’ve got two concerns about these new shards. One, is there anywhere else to get the Hand to Hand shards? I’ve collected the shards from the Arena, and 75% of the solo objective shards, but I did the math and there won’t be enough to get a second hand to hand crystal. It takes 4000 shards (where it normally only takes 2000) and from what I’ve counted there are only 7200 available. So why bother continuing to collect them if there are only enough for one crystal? Also, I haven’t seen any way to get the 5 star Hand to Hand shards at all.
