Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.

The only node is Spite and he shouldn’t have access to Sp3 because he doesn’t 3 Persistent Charges

    It's in his champion spotlight. He has access to his sp3 as a defender

    If I'm not mistaken, when he's in defense he can use his Special 3 all the time.
