Incursions mastery bug fixed?

Does anyone know if the incursions mastery bug has been fixed yet? Really want to go in and do sector 7 and 8 but don't want to screw my mastery tree up

People lost champs to this, lost milestones, and couldn’t run sections. It’d be nice to have Kabam do something about it.
