Who to use mutant R4 to R5 gem on

Just finished first run through variant 5 and got a mutant r4 to r5 gem. Who should I use it on? Thanks!

You can't go wrong with any 3
Colossus is a damage dealer that has easy armor up buffs and good immunities
Emma Frost is pretty much immune to everything and has good damage with her prowess
Waiting gives you the chance to get a BGT like Mags, OR, or AA

Personally from best to worst it is Colossus, then Emma, then wait
