mine is sig lv 99 and he definitely lives us to his name bleed resistance and combo chain. He has something where his damage increases when he's low in health as well stun and bleed damage is useful

He is very good, he is pretty underrated because the mutant class is filled with so many good champions. He isn't as good as say rogue or Wolverine but probably about as useful as psylocke in my opinion

If you can get the hang of his combos, he can either do solid damage in freestyle or have decent regen and power control in acrobatic mode.
