Underwhelmed By Falcon

I took falcon to rank four. Once I have iso I have gems to take fisk to rank four. Both are unawakened

I tried falcon in cav eq and he was hitting pretty hard and I was happy. I tried him in lol tho and he just doesn't seem that good. I have always tried to promote falcon because so many people love him but I'm wondering if I made the wrong decision.

Do I need to awaken him or were my expectations too high/not playing him right?
