    Most likely Phoenix for prestige. Captain marvel hits hard. But there’s better cosmic champs. If either 5* was duped it would be easier. And you wouldn’t chuck a gem into either of those options..

    I'd wait.

    R5'ing Phoenix for prestige is a waste of resources unless you actually use her for something and have Cats/ISO/Gold to burn.

    If you had to rank up something right now, I'd do Captain Marvel. She has more utility and will give you more actual use in the game.

    I would wait for a dupe or better hero. But if u must than cm I think best here
