REWARDS NOT SHOWING IN INVENTORY AFTER OPENING CRYSTAL FROM EVENT QUEST

I have completed the legendary difficulty round 4 event quest and received reward crystal i have claimed it it gave me 2% tier 5 catalyst of skill . and when i visit my inventory it is not in my inventory. Hope you will rectify it soon.
