Alliance Quest Ate my Potion?

First time healing in an alliance quest. I used a level 4 Alliance Quest health potion, a level 2 alliance health potion, and two level 1 alliance health potions in that order on my 4 star Apocalypse (not awakened). I then went to collect the rewards for achievements for using an alliance healing item (got to the menu by clicking the notification), then hit the back button in game. I got a loading screen with the spinning thing for a very long time, decided the game was frozen and restarted it. When I came back, my Apocalypse was at less health than I had healed him to, but more than he started with, and all the potions I had used were still gone. I didn't read the exact numbers, but I suspect the first level 4 potion got undone but still consumed.

I put enough details to hopefully help with replication, but what next?

Am I just SOL? Is there any way Kabam might refund my potion? I only had two of the big ones and I'm probably gonna have to use the other one now as time is ticking and I don't wanna let my Alliance down.
