Force of will makes the champion immune to ability accuracy reducing debuffs/passives

If I remember right, her concussion won’t apply, but AAs Neuros will, as they are not solely AAR passives

Well this depends on what you mean. AA on force of will his neuros will trigger, they will deal lots of damage and heal block, but they will not cause any aar.

Quakes concussion wont work. AAs neuros will apply and do damage but will not reduce defensive ability accuracy

ability accuracy* not defensive ability accuracy, his neuros shut off both defensive, offensive and abilities just classified as abilities neither offensive or defensive.
