Cross Fight abilities in incursions

I’ve been playing an incursion run with an old alliance mate and had an issue with cross fight abilities not carrying across zones. This happened to both my Magneto that was made into a horseman of apocalypse, and my angela who had multiple buffs from Odin. I also had applied one of odin’s buffs to my partner’s CMM and that had fallen off as well. I believe they stayed for the first zone after being applied (let’s say this was zone 2) and fell off in the second or third room after they had been applied (zone 4 or 5), not 100% sure exactly which zone.
Anyone else having this issue? This was sector 8 btw.

I play on iPhone XS, iOS 14.4.2 and app is up to date (31.0.1)
