Tigra unblockable not working

On the Deadpool in the cav EQ 2.1 the one to the right - dashing back and throwing sp2 and sp1 the unblockable doesn’t work
Is there something about the nodes that causes this?
The unblockable alert thing greys out right in front of the defender preventing her from breaking the block

Is this a bug?

That node has long distance relationship, while she has a weakness she cannot miss projectiles or have unblockable special attacks

She cannot trigger her unblockable while under the effect of a weakness debuff, that fight has long distance relationship so you probably had a weakness debuff on you when you threw the special leading to her not triggering the unblockable
