Didn't got yellow ring from special objectives... [Not bug]

Well , I didn't recived the yellow ring from the special objective.. n I completed all objectives, is that a bug???

    Clearly you haven’t done it all. The objective “in training “ isn’t complete. And the 4th part have to be completed to unlock the yellow ring
