Rulk is a worthy r3. He benefits massively.

Red Hulk and maybe Proxima. RH is solid no issues but you'll need practice with Proxima and she is better with her sig to be fair but that's only when she's fully ramped.

Red hulk or proxima definitely, red hulk is solid god tier, proxima needs high rampup
