Elsa purified DOT effects (video)

Happened in 7.2.1 far right path against Elsa, no nodes should affect have the ability to purify(tenacity) or effect DOT debuffs

    You’re right the wording was a bit confusing as it specified non dot so I thought it meant that only non dot debuffs get purified
    When she's under the effect of a Non-Damaging Debuff, she can Purify one of any Debuff.
