Failing to activate apocalypse Hoarsemen synergy on mutants

This has been happening since a while now. In AQ and EQ. On top of it already activated hoarsemen synergy falling off. Happened with wolverine after one fight in AQ

    It falls off during AQ and can't be activated again... I also got no reason why

    Even the parry curse cross-fight falls off after 1 fight

    It’s from the interaction with the mutany passives node that removes one passive prowess from you after a fight..it really is frustrating.

    We have had this happen to 2 different AA’s in war today both losing their horseman cross fight. Additionally we did Parry Curse today and same story - the crossfight is dropping off randomly for any champion.
