Rogue Buff Idea
I think that Rogue is already a pretty solid champ, so I didn't want to mess with what works. I just added a little spice to her, like two modes that allow her to control the power use of her opponent better. One steals power to deny them special attacks, the other allows her to taunt her opponent into using special attacks while also stealing their health. I tried to make a champion that benefits from the often risky business of backing off and trying to bait out special attacks, especially when the opponent has some kind of power gain.
Signature Ability - Gloves Off
Critical Hits pauses Psyche Absorption and Essence Siphon for 0,5 seconds and grants Rogue a non-stacking 4-second Aptitude Buff increasing the effect of any Replicated Buffs by 30%.
If either Psyche Absorption or Essence Siphon is active when Rogue activates a Special Attack, all hits in the Special Attack are Critical Hits.
Psyche Absorption
When close to the opponent, Rogue's punches Life Steals 100% of the damage she deals to them for herself. When far away from the opponent, Rogue steals 75% of the opponent’s passive Power Gain. Should the opponent reach 0 Power, exit Psyche Absorption and switch to Essence Siphon for the remaining time.
Essence Siphon
Power Locks the opponent and Life Steals 0,3% of their Health each second that Rogue is away from them, while the punches she lands grant them 150% Power. When they are close to reaching a second bar of Power, Rogue Taunts them indefinitely until they throw their next Special Attack. If they reach three bars of Power, drain 10% of their Power and exit Essence Siphon.
When a Taunted opponent throws a Special Attack, Rogue steals all of their remaining Power. If the Special Attack deals Energy Damage, she gains 200% of the Power Stolen and 2000 Block Proficiency.
Dual Physiology - Passive
Having used her powers on Carol Danvers, Rogue gained parts of her half-Kree physiology, including immunity to all Poisons of the Battlerealm and 20% Energy Resistance.
It has also left Rogue highly resistant to incoming Debuffs. Non-damaging Debuffs have 70% reduced duration while damaging Debuffs have 70% reduced potency, and while they are active Rogue deals that type of damage with her Critical Hits and Special Attacks. Should the opponent be immune to that type of damage, siphon 5% of that immunity with each hit while you are suffering from the Debuff. As Rogue’s immunity grows, her opponent’s immunity weakens by the same amount.
Special Attack 1
Rogue Replicates up to 5 of the opponent’s Buffs. Opponents cannot activate those Buffs as long as Rogue holds a Replica of them. Rogue’s Replicate effect does not work on Tech champions, or on Unstoppable Buffs.
* Replicated Buffs stay active on Rogue for as long as she keeps touching the opponent, after which all replicated buffs on Rogue are soon nullified.
* The second hit activates Psyche Absorption for 12 seconds.
Special Attack 2
100% chance per hit to Power Steal, taking 9% of their Power as your own. Then activate Essence Siphon for 8 seconds.
Special Attack 3
Rogue activates one Buff per type that was Replicated throughout the fight, then steals 27% of the opponent’s Power and Power Locks them for 2 seconds per unique Buff on Rogue.
* If Rogue is above 30% Health, any Power that they would have gained during this Power Lock is instead granted to her.
* If Rogue is below 30% Health, any Power that they would have gained is instead granted to her as health.
