Incursion bug?

Hi, somehow my milestones are stuck on pending for half a day now. Am I doing something wrong? Why can't I claim them.

Bug existing for many players. Those belonging to tier 2 and 4 being put into tier 1, with tier 1 milestones. No response from kabam yet on the ETA for the fix.
