Not completing fight after game disconnected me

Dear Kabam,
After 2 hours of fighting Shang Chi boss on Cavalier difficulty, I was greeted by a disconnection screen when completing the fight. When I reconnected, I discovered that the fight hadn’t registered. I have already submitted a support ticket, but they couldn’t help me, all they did was confirming that the fight didn’t register.
