Incursion Tier Error

@Kabam Miike I noticed that my incursion tier got a premature promotion to Tier 1 considering I haven't got 8 of 6* champs yet...

Please fix this... I still would like to collect more incursion shards from sector 6. I haven't done much sector 7 yet so its a big jump to have to do it more often with sector 8 being the hardest now for Tier 1.
