6* to R2 - need help

I have some mid level 6* I could rank up, or I can max some good 5*. Are any of these unawakened 6* worthy vs. a stud 5*. PS - I have 22 maxed 5* already

Silver surfer is worth ranking up if you care about prestige. I’d definitely rank up kingpin.
