Game freeze when requesting arena help

This problem’s been going for while now, isn’t it bad enough new arenas have loads of milestones but now game has been freezing a lot when requesting help. When you don’t then champs that have been played just sits on top of the row and we have to scroll down to select new champs. When game freezes there’s no way but to restart game. Quite frustrating.
