New title in the way?

So I just beat Gwenmaster and bought the deal and now have some Tier 3A shards. In items it shows I can only hold 2 max. However, to Rank 3 a 6* you need 3 Tier 3A catalysts.
As I am Level 60 and Thronebreaker, I am not sure what else can be done to adjust the limit. And, I get that it's a good ways off before I have 3, but does anyone know if they plan on adjusting the limit or if they plan to add a new title to the game?
