Special 1 not activating

More than 70% of the time activation of special 1 fails and the game “lags”.

It’s been happening randomly mid attack, blocking, mid special, etc.
the game will lag and my champion ceases movement and control allowing enemy to interrupt with attacks or special moves and blocking is not possible.

Why is this happening all of a sudden?
