7.2.2 Discombobulate bug..

Noticed on this path that even with Falcon being locked on and applying disorient.... Thing was still getting rock stacks...?
How is this possible if both methods lower his ability accuracy to less than 100%....
What am i missing?

Glancing comes before Lock On but Disorient comes before Glancing. This means Lock On doesn’t reduce Glancing which will allow Rock Stacks but Disorient will bypass Glancing allowing Lock On to prevent stacks.

Confusing, sure but not a bug. You have two Disorient debuffs up which reduces Glancing’s chance by 70%, which is still a 25% chance to glance and gain a Rock Stack.
