Cap Marvel 5 punch combo and using her 2nd special NOT WORKING/CONNECTING

For some reason i am unable to use a 5 punch combo and connect with her 2nd special. this is really irritating because i either have to use a heavy then use her 2nd a four pouch combo or parry and use her 2nd. ive fought multiple champs with her and it the problem persists.

Yeah i know Tman0971 but they fixed other champs with same issue just trying to bring light to it again.
