Rework on AQ and AW Rewards

I wish there will be an update for personal AQ and AW reward rather than group reward. This is to prevent those slacker from getting the same amount of reward with lesser effort putting in on AQ and AW.

I'd like this too. Not necessarily to combat slackers - I'm in a good alliance where everyone contributes decently according to their ability - but so that different tiers of players can all be satisfied. Right now we run three BGs in AQ, all with different maps to accommodate members with different rosters. That's wonderful, but it would be nice if those who pulled the most weight in the hardest map could be rewarded for their effort. They do in a way since we can buy better stuff from our Glory store, but it would still be nice with tiered rewards.

That being said, I think it's a much bigger problem in AW where there are no tiered rewards at all. I would be happy with an AQ buff in this regard, but I don't think it's necessary by any means. AW, however, is just straight garbage unless your whole alliance is at the same level and puts in the same effort. I am thoroughly burned out when it comes to AW and absolutely wouldn't continue to do it if I didn't feel like I needed to act as a good example as our alliance leader.

Wouldnt that make planning in AW horrible? Why would anyone accept being backup if that meant lower rewards?

With all due respect, that's easy to say when you are in a a Master alliance. It isn't so easy to fill spots in mid or lower tier alliances with active, good players.

We try not to kick anyone, as recruit is getting harder and harder now a days. By implementing this it will encourage them to work harder for the rewards according to their hard work they putting in.

Voltolos... Being a backup doesn't mean he do nothing. Mostly being a backup he have to help out and clear those unclear path, mini and boss. Giving more points on mini and boss kill will get this fix.
