Possible Mister Negative Bug?

Through some testing in duels (specifically vs Dormammu) I noticed that converting a buff into light energy by dashing back actives Dormammu’s degen ability. The phrasing says when a buff “expires” but so does mystic dispersion and the same action does not give power through MD.

Also the degen damage is unaffected by his degen reduction if the degen is already active when a debuff is placed and is only reduced if the debuff is active before the degen activates. I’m curious if that’s intended or not.

    Seems to be legitimate

The Degen will proc more as time goes on.

“The chance of this ability triggering increases the longer it’s been since it was last triggered.”

That’s a mechanic I hadn’t considered tbh. If that’s what is coming into play here, would that mean he’s lowering the ability accuracy of expiring buffs?

Still, the degen should only procs when a buff expires, and i didn't see any buff expiring in the above video, so I don't think that this is intended...
